Eclipse can automatically list the TODOs and FIXMEs from the source code.

Using Prefences → C/C++ → Task Tags you can change the priority of a tag.

2.3.9.1. Personal Task Tags¶

If the TODOs and FIXMEs are religiously used, monitored and fixed within your project, a good usage can be of Personal Task Tags.

You can add a new Task Tag, e.g. We add TODO Meera in Prefences → C/C++ → Task Tags. We add it as a high priority tag. This way, we can show a task with high priority for us, while with a normal priority for other users.
